1, embedded installation
1) The protective film on the endurance plate will affect the adhesion with the seal, so the embedded part of the protective film should be removed before PC embedding 5-250px
2) When the endurance plate is embedded, appropriate amount of embedded space and expansion space are required. If the amount of insertion is too small, the PC endurance plate may fall off due to wind pressure or other heavy pressure; if the expansion space is not enough, the PC endurance plate may also be inflated. And pressure, resulting in damage

2, screw installation method
1) The size of the screw hole must take into account the differences between the PC endurance plate in summer and winter and the thermal expansion and contraction of the day and night. When the drilling is performed, the plate is allowed to expand in order to prevent thermal expansion and contraction. In general, drilled plates are used. Hole diameter must be 50% larger than bolt or rivet diameter
2) The position of the screw hole is too close to the edge of the PC's endurance plate, it is very easy to cause the crack phenomenon. Generally speaking, the screw hole position is not less than 50mm from the edge of the PC board. The screw cannot be too tight, otherwise it will deform and burst and cause stress
3) The distance between the screws can be properly configured according to the thickness of the plate. The spacing is too small and too large is not good. If the spacing is too small, sometimes the stress will be caused due to too tight and cause damage; if the spacing is too large, It may also make the PC endurance plate unstable. It is recommended that the screws should not be too dense, use one screw every 1250px or more (the thicker the plate, the greater the spacing of the screws)
4) In order to reduce the direct pressure on the screw plate, gaskets can be used to fill the space between them. However, PVC gaskets, certain rubber gaskets, or waterproof tapes containing bitumen components can damage the PC strength plates and cannot be used. It is recommended to use gasket material of EPDM rubber, silicone rubber and neoprene rubber
5) When cold bending, bending part avoids using screws
