Installation steps

Transport the plate to the installation position;

Tear off the protective film on the bottom of the first sheet;

Position by cover;

Remove the protective film on the bottom of the second sheet;

Position by cover;

Affix waterproof tape at the junction of two plates;

Press the tie bar directly above the waterproof tape;

Screw installation

(1) screw spacing can be properly configured according to the thickness of the plate. It is not good to be too small or too large.If the spacing is too small, it may cause stress and damage due to too tight.If the spacing is too large, PC board can be fixed unstable.For this reason, lower spacing is recommended:

Note: if the PC board is fixed directly with self-tapping screws, the larger the screw spacing is, the less likely the plate will be damaged due to stress.

(2) the size of screw holes should consider the difference between PC board's summer and winter festival and book night's hot expansion and cold shrinkage.Generally speaking, the screw aperture should be 2~4mm larger than the minimum diameter of the screw to reserve expansion space

Wet assembly method

This assembly system is mainly used for small facilities, such as car depots, station canopies, rain eaves, greenhouses and many other occasions to replace glass.When using the wet assembly method, the basic requirement as shown in figure 2 below is that the sealing system should be able to withstand a certain amount of plate movement, allowing thermal expansion without reducing the adhesive force between it and the frame and the plate.Generally recommended to use neutral silicone rubber with hollow sun plate wet assembly, but it is important to pay special attention to, must be checked before use of the sealant used chemical, absolutely not use acidic and alkaline silicone rubber, because the curing agent can lead to plank crack, especially when there are internal stress, when choosing sealant, besides considering chemical eligibility, but also focus on inspection, extension and weather resistance, etc.
