Ningbo Zhengshun Plastic Technology Industry Co., Ltd. we are a professional manufacturer of polycarbonate sheet.Our main products included printable polycarbonate film,greenhouse polycarbonate roofing sheet, unbreakable polycarbonate solid sheet,corrugated polycarbonate sheet for roofing,multi wall polycarbonate sheet for partition.

Zhengshun plastic is belong to JIASIDA group. Mainly responsible for polycarbonate solid sheet and polycarbonate film.Our factory was founded in 2002. In 2007 we established a strategic partnership with Bayer and Sabic, our Polycarbonate raw material all imported from these 2 suppliers.

Production and Quality Assurance  

1.All Zhengshun polycarbonate sheets have achieved accreditation to ISO9001:2008 Quality Assurance,some products passed ROHS,UL-94 and CE certificates.Establish new production lines and expend existing production sites,so far we have 9 production lines:2 pc film production lines,4 pc hollow sheet lines,

2 pc solid sheet lines and 1 corrugated pc sheet lines.             

3.In order to ensure the quality,we imported some inspection equipments. Before loading into container, we will inspect the polycarbonate sheet,like:color analysis,anti-impact testing,anti-UV,anti-fog and anti-scratch testing etc.

2.Normally, quantity of pc hollow sheet 1*40HQ or 1*20GP container about 2-3days finished producing. quantity of pc solid sheet and pc film about 7-10 days.
