Common installation method
First, the embedded installation method

b. Generally, the edge of the sheet protrudes into the fixing frame by more than 25 mm, and at least two ribs are installed into the fixing area; the thermal expansion and contraction generally leaves a gap of 3 mm per meter. Second, the screw installation method
a. When the bolt or rivet is perforated, the opening diameter of the plate shall be 50% larger than the diameter of the bolt or rivet, and the space for thermal expansion and contraction shall be reserved.
b. All cavities should be filled with voids and covered with silicone sealant to prevent moisture or detergent from entering, affecting the quality of the sheet.
c. The head of the rivet should be 2 times larger than the handle, and a gasket should be added to avoid damage to the plate at a local pressure.
d. Screws should not be tightened too tightly to avoid fracturing plates
e. It is not advisable to use PVC gasket or waterproof tape with asphalt content
f. During cold bending, the bent part should be fixed with screws.


Third, PC plate curved plate installation
Ningbo Zhengshun sheet can be bent and installed according to the curved configuration, but the bending radius of the sheet should not be less than its minimum bending radius, so the stress introduced by bending will not affect the mechanical properties of the sheet. The sheet must be installed along the length and not in the width direction. It not only improves the lighting area, but also meets the bending requirements of architectural art design.
