Polycarbonate hollow sheet have the following characteristics

(1) transmittance: Polycarbonate sunlight board has a maximum light transmittance of 89%, which is comparable to glass.UV coating plate under the sun will not produce yellow, atomization, poor light transmittance, after a decade of light loss only 10%, PVC loss rate is as high as 15-20%, glass fiber is 12-20%.

(2) impact resistance: the impact strength is 250-300 times of common glass, 30 times of the same thickness of acrylic plate, and 2-20 times of toughened glass. No cracks are found when falling down with a hammer of 3kg less than two meters.

(3) UV protection: one side of PC board is co-extruded with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, and the other side is provided with anti-condensation treatment, which integrates anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-fogging functions.It can prevent ultraviolet rays from passing through, and is suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from ultraviolet rays.
