(3) UV protection: one side of PC board is co-extruded with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, and the other side is provided with anti-condensation treatment, which integrates anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-fogging functions.It can prevent ultraviolet rays from passing through, and is suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from ultraviolet rays.

(4) lightweight: the proportion is only half of the glass, saving the cost of transportation, unloading, installation and support frame.

(5) flame retardant: the national standard gb50222-95 confirms that the P C sunlight board has a difficult combustion level, namely B1 level.Ignition point is 580 ℃, PC board itself from the self-extinguishing fire, burning will not produce poisonous gas, don't feed the fire from spreading.

(6) flexibility: according to the design drawing, cold bending can be adopted at the site, which is installed into arched, semicircular roof and window.The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the plate.

(7) sound insulation: the sound insulation effect of P C sunlight board is obvious, and it has better sound insulation than glass of the same thickness and sub-aftereffect board. Under the same thickness, the sound insulation amount of P C sunlight board is 5-9db higher than glass.Internationally, it is the preferred material for highway noise barriers.

(8) energy saving: keep cool in summer and keep warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (K value) of P C sunlight board is lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics. The thermal insulation effect of P C sunlight board is 7%-25% higher than that of the same glass.So that the heat loss greatly reduced, for the building with heating equipment, is environmentally friendly materials.

(9) temperature adaptability: PC board cold short does not occur when to 40 ℃, 125 ℃ when not soften, its mechanics in the harsh environment, mechanical properties, etc. No obvious change.

(10) weather resistance: P C sunshine board can be - 40 ℃ to 120 ℃ scope to keep the stability of the physical indicators.The artificial weather aging test lasted 4000 hours, the yellow degree was 2, and the light transmittance decreased by only 0.6%.
